Questions about windows7

Hello,
I can't open links in my email account. I use hotmail. I can't check on an order or order from co. like Amazon. I can't open cards and view them. I can on other computers using hotmail acct. but not on my HP Pentium with windows 7. I've had a tune-up and checked security. It is set on medium. Any ideas?

I think you can reinstall your IE, I had met the same thing before.

Is Hotmail set as your default email application?

Do you have a popup blocker installed, like the Google Toolbar? These programs can sometimes interfere even if you deliberately click a link.
