Hello all,
I recently finished building a PC (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1ZovP) and first of all, I highly recommend every part in this build except maybe the PSU because of coil whine and case vibration. Next, with Christmas coming soon, I have several choices between upgrades on my rig. The first would be just to get a new 1080P 24" monitor (upgrading from old HP 900P monitor) and no second GTX 770. A side question is if anyone knows the performance hit going from 900P to 1080P and if it would be worth it to SLI GTX 770s to compensate for the performance hit? The next option would be to get a specific Asus monitor that is upgradeable to GSYNC and is 144 Hz and 1080P. Will I need to get a constant 144 FPS with this monitor or would VSYNC at 60 FPS look fine (same as 60 Hz) until I upgrade it to GSYNC? The next option would be to just get a second GTX 770 but no monitor upgrade, and wait till my birthday to get a GSYNC monitor. The final option would be to get the 1080P monitor and another GTX 770 and wait till next year to get a GSYNC monitor. Thanks very much for reading this and helping me make a decision!
