Question: Are they compatible with each other (Parts) ? or is there any mismatch. ?

Either one will work. Pick the one with the features that you need.

that is all compatible. just make sure the ram is ddr4 since you didnt mention it.

Why not? It is not a "Z" series motherboard.

h370 is right. i think you are thinking of z370 bmockeg. the z boards are designed for overclocking.

You're good. Listen to all the people that failed to comment your RAM at 2400 is slower than the optimum 2666 supported by your processor. Good luck.

Did you mean that you are not using a cooler or that you are not using an aftermarket cooler?
Today's CPUs require at least the stock cooler that comes with the CPU.

The H370 is not an overclocking motherboard, so you are good to go.

The features are the main difference. All other components being the same, I doubt that you would notice any difference in gaming performance. Maybe in benchmarks, but actual noticeable differences not so much.

Yes. I was thinking USB ports, support for M.2 type drives, but yes.
