quick question about adding more fans (specific case and motherboard)

okay, so im building an Amd Ryzen 1800x system with 16 GB vengence ram, im going to go with the Asus Rog Crosshair hero Vi motherboard, it has a cpu fan header and 3 system fan headers

first off, this is my first time building a system that requires more than 3 fans so im pretty much a noob when it comes to this stuff.. im also going to get MasterLiquid 240 All-in-one CPU Liquid Cooler with Dual Chamber Pump by Cooler Master for the CPU

the case im looking at getting is Corsair Vengeance c70

it comes with 2 120 mm fans in the front, and one in the rear, so there is my three system fans, it also is able to have 2 more on the front of the case, since the 2 that comes in the front is on the inside pulling air from the HDDs.. im thinking about going with 2 noctua fans on the front.. so that would be a total of 5 system fans

what is the best way of going about this? I guess I will also mention that the PSU im planning on getting is Evga superNOVA 750 G3

in the past I have had to run 1 fan from the power supply using an adapter cable.. but will i be able to do that with 2 more fans with this PSU?

should also mention that i am getting the Evga gtx 1080 Ti FTW3 GPU
i think its 8 pin? i just want to make sure when i order everything, that I have everything I need to hook everything up.. and if I need to order some adapters for the extra fans, what I would need to get?

would I just plug this adapter into ONE of the system fan headers and then i can run 2 (4 pin) noctua fans into the adapter? sorry again if this is a very noobish question just want to make sure i get it right the first time

this still would not work would it? cause 1 of my 3 fan headers would be split into 2, for the noctua fans, but that still leaves 3 case fans with only 2 headers... would i be better off buying a fan controller? or should i buy this noctua splitter, and another splitter LIKE IT for non noctua fans? cause if I had 1 more splitter i should be able to run all my fans
i am looking and i see u can even buy a 1 into 5 fan adapter... turning ONE 4 PIN fan header, into 5 fan inputs... but is that too much for one fan header?

I find that Noctua cable set a bit confusing, and expensive. Two of these simple 2-output 4-pin fan Splitters would do the job for you nicely

As you say, use these to connect two fans each to two of your three CPU_FAN headers.

Using a Hub, which is a different device, to connect many fans to a single header and to a PSU power supply is another way to go. BUT that only works with a fan system that is ALL 4-pin fans. I would bet that the fans included with your case are 3-pin.

IF you have 3-pin fans, you CAN use a 4-pin Splitter with them. But you have to be careful you you combine things. Your mobo can control a 3-pin fan ONLY if it uses Voltage Control Mode (aka DC Mode). The CHA_FAN headers on your mobo claim (on the mobo web page) that they will detect which fan type is plugged into them and adjust themselves to 3-pin (Voltage Control Mode) or 4-pin (PWM Mode). So, when grouping fans together with a Splitter on one header, make sure that both fans on one Splitter are of the same type. That way the mobo header will figure it out correctly on each header and make it work.

Thank you very much for the reply, see I would not have thought about that.. i will find out how many pins the fans have on whichever case I decide to get, im having a really hard time trying to find out which case to go with, i have always heard that full cases are better for airflow, but now so many of the mid tower cases seem really good for airflow.. my cpu will be water cooled so i just the thing putting out the most heat more than likely will be the 1080 ti ftw with its 3 fans.
