Question Quick Question About GPU Usage

I am playing Forza Horizon 5 and have the FPS counter on. It says next to that GPU XX% and I would assume it is the usage and mine says 95-99%. With the NVIDIA App open on my second monitor, it also says 99% usage, but on task manager it says only 20%. What is the reason for this? Does that number matter if I am getting good fps in my game?

GPU usage is different to CPU usage, CPU usage should be the same or lower than your GPU usage, the more you have, the worse it runs. But for GPU is different, you WANT to use all the juice you can get from it, so if you're using 99% it's perfectly fine and its the proper way to use the GPU, the only thing you should pay attention on the performance tab is the VRAM usage, if you're on the limit you could experience stutters while gaming or get different kind of glitches like blurry textures that load slowly.
