Question Quick question on a new system possibly.

I built a new system nearly 3 years ago and find myself having to replace a component (motherboard). I accidentally broke off some silver pieces when removing the lian li gallahad ii aio. Is it just better to upgrade AM5 from AM4? Or just get a new mobo? Below first is what I have. Just need some input? Buying a new 7950x3d, 670mobo, and 32gb of ram will run me 1100-1300 usd.

CPU: AMD 5950x
CPU cooler: Corsair h150i elite 360mm
Motherboard: Dead Dark hero viii 570
Memory:  Corsair X32gb
Storage: x2 M.2 1tb ssd
Video Card:  Asrock 6900xt
Case:  Free Corsair obsidian
Power Supply: Corsair 1200 watt
Case Fan: too many to count.

If happy with performance you have now, motherboard. If you find yourself wanting more speed, go AM5 and sell your still working hardware.
