right heres the situation building my comp and i totaly forgot my mother board supports 3 DDR 400mhz up to PC 3200 and was checkin can i still use DDR3200 400mhz if i have a 333FSB Athlon XP 2600+ in it ?

Yes, but you'll want to clock it down to DDR333 speed using BIOS settings. I like the idea of PC3200 on systems such as yours for 2 reasons:
1.) The RAM can run faster than DDR333, so if you decide to overclock your CPU with the RAM synchronous, you'll probably have good enough RAM to take your CPU to it's maximum overclock.
2.) PC3200 will be more applicable to future processors you might want to use.

That is good advice... with the price of ram today, it is hard to buy anything slower than PC3200... I have a stick of PC3200 Corsair Value Ram running at 140fsb in a friend's computer along with a locked 2400+...
