OCZ has both good an bad products, to be honest, go with a product that you know is good, I've heard mixed feelings on the reaper, and the cooling it has doesn't actually do much. Look at something like the Crucial Ballistix, they are usually the cheapest guaranteed Micron D9G** overclocking chips out there. I could personally take mine up to about DDR2-980 4-4-4-12 with stock voltage, and I have seen them up at 1200 with 5-5-5-15 timings and a bit more voltage. The Micron D9GMH or D9GKX chips are used in all Ballistix and used in almost all ram of DDR2-1066 or above in speeds(with the exception of one or two kits).

With Corsair you can go wrong, almost all the time. They use the crappiest chips possible to meet rated speeds in all their ram. Even some of the Dominators have switched over to ProMOS chips now.

The A-Data has a chance for either Micron D9GMH or ProMOS, the Mushkin is not the Micron D9 stuff, that is only on their higher end kits.
