Quick Video Card Question

Hey guys.

I'm after a GTX260 card for my PC.

■896MB EVGA GTX 260 SSC 55nm, PCI-E 2.0(x16), 2304 MHz GDDR3, GPU 675 MHz, 216 Cores +FarCry2 voucher
■896MB EVGA GTX 260 SSC 55nm, PCI-E 2.0(x16), 2304 MHz GDDR3, GPU 670 MHz, 216 Cores +FarCry2 voucher

Can anyone tell me why the bottom card is slightly more expensive? What does it have to offer that the top option doesn't? Which is the better card?
