Hi guys, I have a quick question that may seem silly, but iv'e heard a lot of people debating this...
So I play WoW, a game that is not so intense on graphics, I have been experiencing lower fps than I think I should see...specs:
win vista premium 32bit
amd 9500 phenom
500g hd
2400xt
350w psu
3g ram
Changing settings high to low and vice versa doesn't seem to do anything about the fps issue..and this has been annoying me, because with the specs i think i should be able to run the game smoother....
So my question...is running vista bottlenecking my fps? Would I see any changes if i installed xp?
