Title really explains all, I would like a fan similar or better than the FM121.

Price wise, cheaper is always better but if you find one really good maybe put that one and then a budget? Whatever you do, I appreciate it.

I think this is kinda esoteric. Fan choice unless it is a custom rig with a use case needs is really down to
looking up the specs of fans and comparing them then deciding whether it is air movement, silence or
perhaps variable speeds under loads. You'd need to include the why of the situation.
