Can you please recommend Quietest 3 pin 120mm fan with CFM close to 50?

Phanteks, Noctua's, Be Quiet's, if you can still find them then, Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP's. You might want to also factor in that audio can be perceived differently by different folks. Some people can hear the ticking of the motor in a fan, some people can't even hear the pitch of the fan as it cuts through air.

Are you looking for fans to use in a case(airflow) or on a radiator(cooler)?

Thank you for your reply. I am looking for a fan to cool a CPU radiator.
I would rather spend more but get something that will last.
Please let me know what would you recommend.

Make and model of said CPU cooler? Or are you referring to a watercooling radiator?

Hi Again!

CPU cooler is Corsair CWCH70. It is watercooling radiator.

After reading some reviews, I decided to go with two Artic P12 PWM PST in black, please see link below.

Current fans keep it below 50C easily even under load, but they are noisy

You should read through the watercooling sticky in my sig space, closed loop cooling section on an idea for what sort of fans to look for your AIO radiator.
