My card is not being detected by AMD gaming app/CCC. The card works fine, as I am able to run games fine. There is only the integrated graphics card aside from the 390x. When I tried to update the drives it errored out saying 'no compatible gaming hardware detected'. Any help?

Solution
Thanks for all the input. But I just ended up formatting the PC and upgrading to Windows 10. As a result it fixed the problems and I was able to get the latest drivers. Have no idea what caused the problem but its working now.
I have not upgraded to windows 10. Running windows 7 64bit SP1. The monitor is plugged into the card. The card works and runs everything but for whatever reason it is not being detected by AMD or even other programs; like temperature monitoring programs. Going to turn off integrated graphics and will report back.
Going into bois did not change anything.

I uninstalled all old versions of drivers and tried to reinstall only the newest ones; however it still dose not detect my card. Before this the card worked and ran games but without the drivers it does nothing. Also should say that the device manager is completely blank displaying nothing.

What was the previous driver version you ran when it "worked"?

If there is no sign of anything plugged into the slots you may also want to reseat the graphics card in the PCI-E x16 slot on your motherboard, making sure if it has a lever, the lever comes all the way up to where it initially was so you know it is seated correctly.
