R5 1600x or i5 7600k

- Amd FX 4300 bulldozer
- Asus gtx 1060 3gb dual oc DDR5 graphic card
- Kingston hyperx 8gb 1600mhz ddr3 RAM
- Corsair VS 650 power supply
- 1TB WD green hard Disk

Above, I have this configuration of my PC and it's bottlenecking..so I need to upgrade my CPU for best gaming. Which will not bottleneck.....please suggest me best cpu, which suits my gtx 1060 3gb.....I have doubt between i5 7600k or ryzen 1600x....please consider future safe too...

I never said you should upgrade the GPU.
Merely stating that none of the i5, ryzen 1600 , or 1600x will hold back a 1060 3gb in any way.

For that reason you should just go for the cheapest option which is the 1600.

Please also suggest best mobo for ryzen 1600 as I want to run ram at 3200mhz....which mobo will make it execute best without any bios problem

Any B350 motherboard should do it, these are unlocked processors, so just enable XMP in the BIOS.
