Question R6 siege and all other games drops to 10-15 fps every 10 seconds sometimes about 5 seconds

I have a laptop with a gtx 1060 gpu and a i7 8th gen intel cpu i have been noticing "device window manager" taking up cpu usage while i play games but to be honest every game i play pretty much unless it takes like nothing to run it has this problem... i have recently clean installed my gpu driver using ddu and following a tutorial and i have installed the latest cpu driver for my cpu yet this is still a problem please help me fix this... :/

Is it bad if its more wattage or only bad if its less ?

You want, at minimum, the wattage you already have. Your laptop came with a specific wattage power brick for a reason. More wattage should not be an issue, as long as voltage is the same. I only mentioned one with a compatible plug because sometimes it can be hard to find an exact replacement. If you can find an exact replacement, that is your best option.

I got myself a power brick with the same plug and the exact same voltage as the old one, it seemed to have worked for the first one or two games I played, then the stutters started appearing again. Sorry to still be asing, but I really want to fix my computer instead of buying a new one.

By voltage i meant wattage sorry, it was 100-240 i believe and i double checked it was the same as the original wattage.

How could i uninstall mcaffee to reinstall it and run a scan ?
