R7 1700 with B350 Tomahawk won't OC at all.

Hello,

I've build a new pc, everything is fine untill i touch the overclock.
I think i exhausted all my knowledge with oc so i am asking for help.

Any kind of frequency with any kind of voltage just get me to black screen.
(even 3225 Mhz - voltage Auto) - so that makes me think the reason might be other than me getting the most unlucky guy in the sillicon lottery.

Mention that i used:

Game boost: off
XMP: off
RAM: Auto - 2400 mhz
Cool'n quiet - off

Processor: R7 1700
Mobo: MSI B350 Tomahawk
GPU: 1050 TI
RAM: HyperX 2400
PSU: Thermaltake 500 W

Anybody has any ideea?

first i just gone with a high set, but i will tell you all of them chronologicaly:

3.8 - 1.285
3.8 - 1.3
3.8 - 1.325
3.8- 1.35
3.8- 1.375
3.7- 1.375
3.6 - 1.375
3.5 - 1.35
3.3 - 1.225
3.3 - 1.285
3.3 - 1.3
3.225 - Auto

Neither of them would even boot.

EDIT: Right now it gone through my head to try ryzen master - 3.5 ghz - 1.1875 v - running stress test.

Seems to be a bios issue (got installed the latest one- seems like i will not oc from bios 🙁 )

when you say no boot, what do you see? How long did you wait?

After i save the config of bios - roughly 2-3 mins after the no signal appears on monitor.

EDIT: Currently testing stabilit on 3.6 stock voltage with intelburn - Ryzen Master software
L.E: 3.7 on stock voltage with max on 75 degree on stock cooler after 30 passes through intel, on 3.8 it crashed.
Untill i find a solution for bios i will stick to ryzen master.
