R7 240 on hp dc7900 sff

It is possible to have r7240 on dc7900 sff i am using 8400gs 256mb right now(sorry for my bad english)
Actually i am really afraid about dc7900 cant reconize this new card, seems my power supply is right for r7240(35w per slot)

The only thing you need to check is if your motherboard has a PCI-Express 16x slot.

See if the 8400 GS is a PCI-Express card. If it is, then you just have to replace it with the new one (and install the drivers of course).
