what do you think is the ideal temperature for sapphire r7 250 1gb GDDR5 with boost??
my gpu temp is 60-85 when playing watchdogs ...
idel temp is 31-35....
is it safe?

i playing Farcry 3 if it is in ultra its lagging

Cpu :core 2 Duo E7500 2.93ghz
Gpu : Sapphire R7 250 1gb DDR5
Ram : 4gb DDR3 1333mhz
PSU : 450w Mercury SMPS
HDD: 1.25 TB
UPS : Numeric Digital E600 (20 min backup)
LCD Monitor : 18.5inch

youre pc cant handle it in ultra not even high maybe low - mid should work
