R7 260x or 265?

Can i max out COD AW on r7 260x or r7 265? Do they both worth the price or should i go for r9 270x 2gb? or should i collect more money and go for r9 280x? (PSU is not a major problem as I'll be buying new psu with the card)
CPU- I3 2130
RAM- 8gb

You need a better card again. The R9 270x or a R9 280 would be good.
