Question R7 2700x 100% EDC(CPU)

Hello everyone i have recently made a new pc and Ryzen Master is showing me EDC(CPU) 100% whenever i play games or have multiple tabs open on browser.
Motherboard :ASUS Rog Strix x470-f gaming
Gpu: MSI Geforce GTX1660ti gaming X 6gb
Ram: 2x8gb Corsair Vengance 3000mhz
Psu: Seasonic Gold Plus 750w
I have disabled Precision Boost Overdrive and i have set Balanced power in Power options and this thing is still up to 100%.
BIOS is updated to latest one.
Im not experienced guy in BIOS,so im scared to touch anything else there,can someone help me and explain me is it bad to have it at 100% all the time and how do i fix it?
Also im planning to buy NH D15 cooler for CPU,but will only fix temp.

It's basically saying that your CPU VRMs are giving as much power as they can.
No, it's not an issue to run this way as long as you have good case cooling.

Many motherboards put limits on this in BIOS. Maybe root around in BIOS and post some pics? Some of the settings aren't that dangerous to adjust as long as you have adequate MB cooling.
