r9 270 or r9 270x?

Pretty simple question... I am purchasing my first GPU for my newly built computer. I am wondering what one I should get. I am stuck between the r9 270 and the r9 270x. I have a budget of $260. If I get the r9 270, I will most likely get another stick of 8gb RAM. I will then have 16gb of RAM. I use programs such as cinema 4D and Photoshop on a regular basis. My CPU is an AMD A-10 5800k. Any help?

I'd stick to a regular 270.... Bottleneck with the 270x will be a huge problem.

I'd go for an r7 260x and get more ram. The CPU on the A10-5800K would be a problem with the 270/270x

how much of a bottleneck will it be? If I overclock my CPU will it be better. I play at a resolution of 1680X1050 and i am not expecting to play all the new games. The most demanding game that I will play is Battlefield 3. I just want to play at high/ultra settings. I have an Xbox One to play all the new games that are really demanding, such as Far Cry 4, Grand Theft Auto V(when it comes out), and The Crew. I just want to play all the last gen games with some newer games. The newest game I have is Saints Row IV. So, if I overclock my CPU, will my gaming experience be optimal.

I am not made of money. I am 14 years old so I mainly mow lawns and work around my neighborhood. I currently have a little of $270 saved up for my computer parts. The RAM that i was planning on getting is sold out on Newegg, so that is kind of a problem. So, if I were to purchase a new CPU later in the future, what would I do with my A10 5800k. I would most likely get an FX 6300.

Well a new CPU purchase would also mean a new motherboard, as the FM2+ socket and the AM3+ socket are not compatible...Maybe just stick with an r7 265 or the r9 270..

OK, if I were not to upgrade my CPU or Motherboard, and I ended up not purchasing another 8 stick of RAM, what GPU do you think I should get?
