R9 270 vs R7 260X

i already search in here and google.
i wanna upgrade my own graphic card.

my PC spec:
Intel i5 CPU 650 @3.2 GHz
Mobo gigabyte H55N-USB 3
RAM 4GB
PSU Corsair VX 450W
HSF coolermaster (standard)
Monitor Flatron E1940S

i wanna have GPU R9 270 which is compatible with my PSU.
would it be bottleneck?

or maybe i should buy GPU R7 260X ?

You're right at the margin for the R9-270... I'd get it.

It will run good. But yes, there may be some minor CPU bottleneck with certain games. It will depend on how cpu limited or gpu limited the games are and what settings you use.
