R9 270x A10 7850k 3.7ghz 4cores 16gbs of ram can't even handle mc?

Ok so my little brother wanted to play Minecraft on my PC keep in mind that my specs aren't the absolute best or worst neither, but as I stated in the title that I have an R9 270x and and AMD A10-7850K 3.7Ghz QuadCore CPU and 16gbs of DDR-3 Ram and when I load it up and run it I don't even hit 200fps, *Lowest Settings* But on the otherhand I can easily run a stable 250-400fps on CS:GO.... No, theres jurrastic drops for some reason no stable rate :l
