i just set them on auto cuz if i max them there will be a like a miniature washing machine inside my pc haha 😀
😛 well that's true, the noise is a problem.
Honestly I normally set the fan speed to 60 - 70%.
I own a R9 270 and these are my settings in the ASUS GPU Tweak program (even when my card is MSI, because Afterburner doesn't offer voltage control):
GPU Clock 1050 MHz
GPU Voltage 1225 mV
Memory clock 6000 MHz
Power target 120%
i got mine at 1155 gpu clock, 6000mhz memclock and 105% power.. what will be the benefit if i go 120% power? dont want to shorten the lifespan of my 270x as i want to use it 2-3 years more.

There's not much risk as the values I showed you are the maximum the software guarantees, but then there's not much of a benefit neither.
The reason why I told you about the fan speed is because that can effectively shorten the lifespan of a GPU so that If it gets to 80º it will last approximately a decade, meanwhile If it stays at 75º or below it should last almost two decades. The cooler the better.
What you can do is install a FPS counter as that of FRAPS or D3DGear, try a game with different GPU configurations and measure the FPS without recording, that way you will see If OC'ing is worthwhile and decide accordingly.
yep i got fraps, unengine heaven, furmark burn test. well it increases the fps by 3-5 😀. i got 70 degrees at furmark burn test and 65 at unengine heaven.
