R9 270X upgrade

Looking forward to an R9 270X. I currently own an HD 6870 and I have a 1080p display, will the R9 270X give me a significant increase in performance? If not, what other card would you recommend? (either AMD or Nvidia)

the 270x is only slightly faster it the replacment of the 7870 line i would get a 280x.

well tbh the 270x is like a HD7870 which is good but the 6870 isnt a terrible card i think..

but to be honest the 6870 is quite old now so the 270x is a great upgrade...also your cpu is an fx6300 which is great 😀
