R9 280x low fps

hey guys

yesterday I made a new pc and it is a high end gaming pc for sure.

specs
i5 4670k
r9 280x amd gigabyte
ram 8gb corsair vengeance
psu 650 watt corsair
gigabyte z87 ud3h

i got 60 fps average on borderlands 2 with max setting and i got 50 fps average on mc with max setting too. what is wrong here? Im pretty sure I updated my gpu driver... thanks

Uninstall in safe mode using driver sweep, boot windows normally then install new CCC.

what! i checked with my gpu-z and it says that im using an intel hd graphic.. so i guess im using an intergrated one right? how do i change this?
