So i have been running a few Unigine Heaven benchmarks but my scores are extremely low and i don't really understand why.
I have looked around a bit and found that an R9 290 should score way more. Even with the core overclocked to 1100Mhz and memory overclocked at 1400Mhz, with core Voltage at +95, i'm not even reaching the normal scores.
Do i just have a bad card or anything?
Here are the links to the benchmark results i ran:
Stock speed and Extreme preset
Overclocked and Extreme preset

If you compare these to other peoples results i found here "http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1897785/ungine-heaven-score-fps-low-290.html" and here "http://forums.eteknix.com/threads/unigine-heaven-4-0-benchmark-results-leader-board.9127/" , you can definitely see it isn't performing as it should.

When i look at HWinfo i don't see anything out of the ordinary and no high temperatures which could be causing thermal throttling or anything as you can see HERE.

All input on this issue would be appreciated! Thanks in advance

Also other specs of my computer:
Cpu: i7 875k @ 3.9Ghz
Mem: 8GB DDR3 Corsair Dominator 1333Mhz
MB: Asus Sabertooth 55i
psu: 850W Coolermaster silent pro

Solution
Victory!! Finally i found what the issue was 😀!
So it turned out my last resort option, flashing the bios to a newer version, was the fix to my problem. I never imagined a bios installed by the manufacturer himself could be that bad it would cause issues like this..

After the bios flash i ran the benchmarks again with a massive improvement on both stock and overclocked speeds. As a comparison i also added a link to the scores before the bios flash.
Stock speeds before Bios flash
Stock speeds after Bios flash
Overclocked speeds Before Bios flash
Overclocked speeds after Bios flash

I would like to thank everyone who helped me with this matter, if i could i would pick all of you as the solution as i also learned...

Alright thanks a lot, even if i check if they support the memory i have on my PCB (Elpida)? I'll probably just stick to my current BIOS tho, it's just that when i try to overclock this one it black screens more often then the sucky BIOS from before weird enough ^^. And i had hoped that manufacturers who brought out a BIOS version late 2015 could have found a fix for the r9 290 black screening.

Well on this same matter, this morning when i turned on my computer half the ROPS and Pixel Fillrate got turned off again.. And then i thought, that's weird but i'll just reflash the exact same ROM because before it did have all it ROPS. So i Reflashed exactly the same bios, and BAM even more Pixel Fillrate then the first time i flashed it and Core clock set to max out at 1050 and memory at 1300. With exactly the same BIOS flashed to it as before
This card has a mind on it's own, I'm about to throw it out the window.

I would throw it out. Something is wrong with it. Because it is a display card that makes me question if it was a lower binned piece that was supposed to only be used for display. A GPU should not cut off half of its ROPs unless told to by the BIOS and if it is even with a new BIOS that tells me that that GPU is faulty and you should get a refund TBH.

Yeah it's definitely not an OK card. Yeah only problem i have is that the store i bought it from is bankrupt, and since i'm from Europe my warranty lies with the reseller of the card not the fabricators 🙁. I still contacted the XFX support about it tho, who knows maybe there is a way for RMA'ing it. Only thing i'm afraid of is that they will say no anyway as i replaced the reference cooler, and thus broke the warranty seals...
