R9 290 Problems Help!!!

So i recently RMAd my Sapphire r9 290 and i still get tons of crashing. Im wondering if im power starving it. Ive got a Corsair builder sersis 600 watt psu. Processor is an FX 8350 stock cooled by a corsair h100i. matx board. 2 SSDs and i hub with 3 fans plugged in. Ive been trying different drivers but that doesnt seem to be helping either.
