My sapphire r9 290 tri-x fans making a noisy sound like clicking or rattling between 40%: 50% speed
It sounds like something touching the fans but it's disappeared if i touch the gpu side gently.
Is it safe to gaming with this Sound without make any repair
and
What's the worst scenario would happen
Note : the card is not covered by warranty

Worst possible case: The card will overheat and fail, causing a power surge that will spike through your country's power grid, tripping a defence computer that will cause global Armageddon... 😉
Realistically, one fan MAY, just MAY fail, but the Tri-X has 3, so your system might just have a slightly hotter graphics card than normal if one does go down, but you've got the best R9 290 cooler out there, so just take the card out and give it a close visual examination and spin each fan by hand and listen to it, maybe a fan is just a fraction out of alignment so a little gentle push should get things back to normal.
