Should I get a 1000w BRONZE series with no extra case fan(s) and splitter or a 750w/850w with fan(s) and splitters

1000W is way too overkill , even 750W is Overkill for a single card !

If you think you're going to crossfire anytime soon then get the EVGA 850W B2 which is an excellent quality PSU for not much and by then you'd be able to buy some case fans.

Recommended Manufacturers : XFX , Seasonic , Antec , EVGA , Rosewill ( Capstone and Lightning Series ).

Anything >= 550W from these manufacturers will do you fine.

I would actually get at least a 600 watt PSU for anything over a 290. If you want to be SUPER safe, a 900 watt PSU should be fine for CFX.

Is a RM 1000W good?

I wouldn't get RM not because of quality, but if price. An EVGA unit would be much cheaper.
