R9 290x graphics card not displaying proper contrast in game?

The graphics on all games have been terrible ever since I switched to r9 290x. The contrast and shadows look way too dark cant even see if someone is hiding in a brush. I have the brightness at 80 percent in bf4 view the images. The first image is brightness at 50 which is default and other two are 80 percent. Even on 80 percent this game is unplayable because its hard to see people hiding in brushes. I used to have a gtx 780 and it was much better. I have all settings on ultra.

Open CCC and see if your monitor supports RGB 4:4:4 (FULL RGB)

It is under the `pixel format` tab.

For my monitor this gives me a more dynamic color range and makes the dark not so dark if that makes any sense
