r9 380 2gb worth the upgrade to a RX 480 8gb?

Hey lads I have an Asus strix r9 380 2gb, and wondering if it would be worth the upgrade to a rx 480 8gb?

Solution

If nothing at least because of VRAM but I would wait until someone comes out with non reference models with better cooling.
