R9 380 crashes on 17.XX.X drivers.

System:
GPU - AMD Radeon R9 380 4GB
OS - Windows 10 64 bit
Driver version installed - 17.12.2
Display devices - Samsung monitor S24D300
Motherboard - ASUS H170M-PLUS
CPU - i5-6500 3.20GHz
PSU - Corsair CX650M 80 Plus Bronze ATX, 650W.
RAM - Kingston 8GB DDR4 2133 MHz

I was getting BSOD error atikmdag.sys on drivers that I forgot version of, I decided to update drivers to 17.12.2, when I do DDU and install 17.12.2 on normal mode it works fine but if I restart or shutdown pc it will boot up and after 5-15 seconds everything will freeze and pc will restart. No other way to make it work on 17.12.2 or any adrenalin drivers except performing DDU and installing a driver and not restarting/shutdown pc.
Some people say 17.7.1 is a stable driver but if I use it I get poor performance in games.

Drivers I've tried that either has poor performance or crashes pc:
17.12.2
17.12.1
17.11.4
17.10.3 (on this one games says compatible drivers were not found).
17.7.1
17.4.4
16.12.2
Every driver I installed without ReLive.

What to do? How to prevent pc from crashing?
