Hi all!
So switched my graphics card to an R9 380 a little bit ago. Benchmarked GTA 5 right when i got the card ran fine Very High Settings 60 FPS. Now I try to go on GTA it stutters bad and I get 20 FPS. Lowered all the settings as well same issue.
Specs:
Intel i5 4690k oc to 4.2 ghz
Gigabyte R9 380 4GB
16gb ddr3 2133
180gb ssd

Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

I had a Gigabyte r9 380 4GB and i5 4460 no matter what i tried i could not fix the stuttering issues so i sell it got an nvidia gtx960 4GB and everything runs super smooth and stable.I have some open threads discussing about this if you want to take a look, what other people tell to me,but it was impossible to fix it...AMD have a lot of issues and i will not buy anything from them again it is a headache.
Those are some threads from me discusing about those issues:

do you monitor temps?

low fps like that is usually due to overheating

No Ram was just bought in Dec 2015. The card runs fine on games like Call of duty Black ops 3. So I think it may be an issue with the latest AMD driver
