R9 380 Is useless

I got this card about month ago and I have to say that it's useless, You can't even game anything on it with these stupid stutters. I disabled powerplay, Power saving settings, tried turning down settings, installed new drivers and nothing changed. Is there anything more I can do or the only option is to send the card back?

Hi, I believe that AMD has a game Streaming thing. If so, you may try shutting it down. Sounds like it may be running and pushing your CPU usage way up Cloe to if not 100%.

check the system settings since i use the same gpu and play game at max settings without stutters .
