r9 380 or GTX 960 on 430w Psu

was wondering what would be best on a 430w CX psu my current system is:
Athlon x4 760k
8gb 1866hz Fury Ram
120gb Fury SSD
500gb WD Blue
R7 260x
Any help is much appreciated.

Ps. I have £160 to spend on a gpu, my old one is going to my dad.

R9 380 needs 550W.

Corsair CX are not good quality PSUs.
