R9 390 not working

Hi,

I have problems with my R9 390 that I recently bought. It does have power and the lights is working, but when I turn on my computer it doesn't react at all. The fan is not spinning around at all, I've plugged my HDMI cable from my pc to the monitor and it gets no signal. I use my integrated graphics card to plug to the monitor for now. It is pretty annoying. I just got it today and ordered it three days ago. I bought it new from a Norwegian site.

Please check my computer specifications and check if there is anything else I need to run the graphics card: http://www.mediafire.com/download/w8g809u9ne1wqeo/DxDiag.txt

I would appreciate it if you answer quickly, I'm pretty excited :pt1cable:

Thanks.

The XFX 390 I previously had needed an 8pin and a 6pin connector.

They both need to be properly hooked up to the card in order to give the card the necessary power it needs.

If you do not have the appropriate connectors on your PSU you could get an adapter (some cards come with them) and use 2 molex connectors to drive the 6 or 8 pin. If your PSU has enough wattage to run the GPU in the first place that is.

What PSU do you have?
