The basic facts are:
The 970 is very power efficient and uses little power, although given your PSU you can run either card fine. The 970 can also overclock more than the 390.

the 390 is only slightly ahead in terms of performance but the 970 is cooler and more power efficient, it depends on your psu and if you want to oc or not, if you do the gtx 970 will be a better choise but if your not planning on ocing the gtx 970, get the r9 390, itll perform better and it has more memory for games in the future that will start to require more gpu memory

At 1080p, the 970 and 390 are very close to each other (the 390 at stock speeds is slightly ahead, although an overclocked 970 might be able to outrun it). As you move up to higher resolutions though the 390 pulls ahead due to it's wide 512 bit memory interface and large 8gb memory pool.

In terms of value for money and raw performance I'd personally pick the 390, some complain about AMD drivers although personally (I run an R9 280) I've not had any issues and I see your already on AMD so unless your having problems then that shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks for such a fast reply, i have never overclocked my hardware and i dont plan to do it now... Which ever card i may buy, i will stick with the stock clocks, so do you think 390 would be better? especially because it is cheaper by 45 dollars in my country

Yeah at stock clocks the 390 is faster for sure (and I think better long term investment thanks to that massive 8gb memory pool).
