R9 Fury or R9 390x for 1440p?

I gotta say, I am kinda dissapointed.

I am getting a MG279Q for 1440p gaming and was waiting for the Fury.

After seeing the benchmarks, I'm now heavily leaning towards getting a 390x instead, because the performance is very very close.

Which card should I go with for 1440p?

EDIT: And forgot to mention that the 390x is pretty overclockable while the Fury is not.

How about waiting for the Nano? Only a few weeks away !

Between the two, at 1440p, I'd say go for the 390X if you aren't playing a game with a setting that Fury really handles better, like in the Far Cry benchmark.
