radeon 570 signal to monitor loss

Sometimes while gaming i my screen will go black and monitor will display "no signal."

I have a radeon 570 6gb using a dvi port. Windows 10.

Does your PC switch off when this happens (See if CPU fan turns off or lights turn off).
