Radeon 7750 to a GTX 750

This is my current video card.

I'm considering upgrading to this.

Would it be a good upgrade for playing games like Crysis 3, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Watch Dogs, Arma III, with a resolution of 1360 x 768.

The rest of my system specs are:
FX 8320 3.5GHz processor.
8GB DDR3 ram.
400 watt power supply.
Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS motherboard.

Yup you'd be pretty much at medium. It's not too bad of an upgrade though, you can see the comparison here

That chart is for the GTX 750 Ti. He's asking about the GTX 750 (non-Ti). Anyone know how that one compares to the HD 7750? This chart says it's still an improvement, but not by much: http://www.hwcompare.com/17126/geforce-gtx-750-vs-radeon-hd-7750/
