Question Radeon 9600 not working

Hey there.
I am Building a retro XP system featuring the Pentium 4 and an ATI Radeon 9600

trouble is, when I boot the system, the 9600 does not work with my Pentium 4. However, it works with my celeron it works.

Any help would be great.

Please post your entire system specification including PSU make and model.

Assuming you're using the same other components, just swapping the CPU?

to clarify, here is the system

Intel Pentium 4 630 Hyperthreaded
2gb ddr2 533mhz
Asus p5gz-mz (P5 chipset not flashed)
FSP 250w
