Question Radeon driver not installing

I tried everything, normal uninstall on device manager and reinstall, i tried the safe mode and DDU way and nothing works. I have an rx 480 that i got off ebay, i have no idea if it was used as a bitcoin miner, one thing tho, i have to do the atikmdag-patcher 1.47 every time after i do a gpu update, if i dont it says the same "No amd gpu driver installed......". Mind you, i'm not too tech advanced so if i have to reset gpu bios from a mining one to the factory one i've no clue on how to do it. I really have tried everything and still nothing, help lol.

In the device manager, does it show the card properly as an RX480? Do you see any errors like code 43 when you right-click on it and select properties?

What does GPUz show?
