Radeon GPU no native resolution

So yesterday i reinstalled my windows and I came up with this really annoying problem. After installing all drivers for my PC, i saw that i can't change to native resolution (1920x1080) which my screen is capable of. I have tried everything but yet I can't find the solution. Tried to reinstall drivers, play with settings inside CCC, install custom drivers for screen and so on. Nothing has helped.

Im running Radeon R9 270x Club3D RoyalQueen GPU and my screen is LG Flatron W2243S
My screen has no DVI but im using DVI-VGA converter. I had encountered this problem before reinstalling windows but I could easily change back to 1920x1080 without problems. Now my highest resolution is 1600x1200 and I have no idea what to do.

Every tip is appreciated. I was searching for solution for more than 5 hours now and still can't find anything which would work. Btw, there's 1920x1080 option in resolutions screen after playing with drivers and other stuff, but when I try to change to it, only black screen appears.

Probably because you are using a VGA-to-DVI adapter, many of which are unreliable anyway.

You really need a monitor which has a digital input (DVI, HDMI or DisplayPort) same as your graphics card has so you don't need an adapter.

And what if I can't afford one? Is there any real possible solution?
