Radeon HD 4550 artifacts

Hi guys,

I have noticed recently, that playing some videos causes strange effects on my monitor. It looks like this:

Does it mean that I should replace my graphic card or should I also consider motherboard as the culprit?

Things like that are usually result of bad GPU memory. If there is a GPU included in MB, you can try using that and will show you where the problem is.
