Radeon HD 5770 vs GeForce GTX 260 Core 216

How can I tell which of these cards is better and the one I want to go with? Here's a link to a gpuboss comparison if that helps. Seems like they both have advantages, just not sure which ones matter though. The most graphic intensive games I play are the sims 4 and prior versions if that matters.

Thanks! From that other website I couldn't really tell which "advantages" really played into what I want to use the card for.
