As has already been asked your specs are very important but AMD has new cards being released in about a month. There are no benchmarks yet and no pricing has been released yet either but unless you need a card now it will be worth waiting. The new cards may not even be much better than the current HD 7xxx series but Nvidia may cut prices a bit either way.

Thats awesome information thank you! What would you recomend for a low end card to wait for the new high end cards.
Then you should be clear to run just about anything you want to throw at it, within reason of course, the 7950 is a great place to start with the sapphire model. But that may be more than you wish to spend. Or less. There is also the 9000 series launching soon, so if you can hold out until then, see how they do, if they are good pick one up, if not, current prices will probably go down.
The new AMD R9 2xx cards ( not going to be called HD 9xxx series ) will be out at the end of October. If nothing else they should have a hardware fix for the HD 7xxx series frame pacing issues when running Crossfire. I'm sure there will be a performance boost as well. The only question is pricing.
With an FX 6200 at stock speeds I would stick with an upper mid range card like the HD 7950 or GTX 760. If you can overclock your CPU you can move up to a higher end HD 7970/GTX 770 level card. It really depends on your budget.

Well, you really don't want a low end card if you're looking for better performance than the 5850. You'd have to start with
a 7850 as a minimum. As anort said, you prob want to look at a 7950 if it's in your budget range.
But, I agree with the others wait a couple weeks n see what happens with pricing.
With the 7950 hitting 220 this week, and with the new cards launching, if those R9 cards dont perform well, or are too much, those 7950s will be pushed to the 200 dollar range, by most current guesses.
That would be junk. As in it's not even on any lists I can find to see who actually makes it. Where are you located? What country? Personally I would not add a more powerful graphics card without replacing the power supply. You will only need a 500-600w unit for any single graphics card setup if it's a quality unit.
Stick with Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling, XFX, Silverstone, Enermax, OCZ, Antec or the higher efficiency Rosewill units for quality.

Where would you recomend to buy from. Saw a good review on the HD 7850

OK never mind. Your power supply is an HEC. I was looking for a Zephyr brand, no wonder I could not find it! HEC is not a great brand but it's not a no name unit like what I thought you had. You are probably fine with what you have.

PC is fairly outdated i believe. What would you recomend for a new power source?

This is sufficient for a system with any single graphics card except maybe the GTX Titan and is also extremely high quality. Seasonic is the best and these units are priced very well. 80 Plus Gold certified and modular for $80.

Yes, recognizable, but HEC is a bottom feeder. Tier 5 no less. OP should still consider upgrading PSU.
