Is radeon hd 6470 compatible with 300w psu?I want to get rid of my existing geforce 9400 gt.

My specs are:
Intel core 2 duo E7500 2/93 ghz
4 GB ddr2 ram
300w psu
Intel DG41RQ motherboard
Zotac geforce 9400 gt

No, 300 watt is cutting it close. 400 watts is minimum for that card.

Yes it will be fine.
The TDP of the 9400GT is 50w and the 6570 is 60w
