Question Radeon HD 6770 on new monitor?

Hello

My monitor has broken. I intend to buy new.
After searching a lot for a new monitor, I found the ASUS VG248QG.

I used to play games but now I do not play at all.
I have Radeon HD 6770 from 2012
i found that my GPU doesn’t support the G-SYNC/adaptive Vsync

a) if i buy this monitor i will have 144Hz refresh rate?

b) ASUS Eye Care technology?

A: IF your GPU supports it, you will need a DVI-DL cable to achieve this. It does not mean you will get an equivalent FPS.
