Can someone please tell me if any of the 28nm design R7 series GPU's will fit inside my DC7800 SFF?

My brother recently purchased a R7 240 and I was amazed at how small it seemed compared to the 3870 it replaced.

Just looking at it, I know it would fit length and width wise, but I'm not sure about height. And I'm not sure if it requires an additional power connector, as I can't remember if it did or not.

So I'd just like to know if the R7 240 or any in the R7 series will fit into a Small Form Factor computer, and if it needs the extra power plug.

At the moment, I have a HD 6450 Low Profile and am looking to upgrade.

I've managed to find a low-profile R7 240, which is what i think I'm after. But I also noticed the R7 250 and the XFX Core Edition R7 240 I think it's called. When comparing the ASUS R7 with the XFX R7, I found the XFX had 200 MHZ less memory speed and 50MHZ less clock speed, and I didn't really see anything there that made it go over the ASUS R7, not even a snazzy fan, though others did, but they likely wouldn't fit in my dc7800 because they had shrouds on them, etc.

I guess I'm just asking: ASUS R7 vs XFX R7 and the preferred vs R7 250. Which is best?
